Use your phone as a torch / flashlight and apply onto the backside / frontside to check if the display is working but your backlight is defective ?

Usually its due to corroded/damaged backlit IC on A1466. Try reflowing the IC with a lot of flux if you see corrosion in the area. Else, you need to measure voltages here.

You need to ascertain whether it's actually booting (despite the fact you hear the chime). Best way is a with a Chipmunk USB tester (data light will flash green when ever the USB is probed for a boot device). If you don't have that, then look at the current draw via the Magsafe without battery connected. It should go over 600ma initially, then drop back to around 300ma or so when it's booted.

If its booting, you should have 25V on C7797 for the backlight. If its 0V, then the fuse is probably blown. If it's 8.6V, then U7701 is usually the culprit.

I replace 3 of them from donor boards but still no lock ... I took a new one and works like a charm ...

              I made also jumper to
              PPVOUT_SW_LCDBKLT_FB

because on XW7720 was corrosion ...

              Thanks for help!

Usually, U7701 doesnt work if you try to get it from donor board as its difficult to reball it. This IC is cheap-so always use new and its a easy fix.
