i can'tfind PQ307 (what kind of mosfet is) it's prensent on boardview... BUT NOT on schematics

i have 2 mosfet for the CPU VCore switvhing... one is the AONS36214 (N) and teh second is a M3966M ( and i can't find anyinfo about it.. is N or P ? )
