Have you tried the ALT+R at the password prompt? you should get a date, with this you can use Asus "date" generator to get a rescue password.

Try this bios, its the right one with a clean ME.If this bios doesn`t work your problem is elsewhere.

Just pasting the update from hp after 0x0700000 will works !!!!
