Default Please help with identify SOT23 transistor / diode

Hello
i need to help with identify this sot-23 part.
It is on lenovo laptop mainboard LV315KB - no schematics
Qxxx marking on mobo - i mean that it will be transistor

hmmm i have find this too but it is diode...confusing is "Q" on mainboard

It might be a AIC1747-15GJ3, SC70-3 package 1.5v output
