It is MacBookAir 2018 with T2 Security.
The Dump not contain password for T2 chips.

This has T2, no SPI ROM for BIOS.

T2 firmware can be reflashed by using DFU recovery mode from another MacBook.
The SoC ROM is a 1.8V SPI ROM (package is a bit exotic though) so it can also be flashed with a regular SPI ROM programmer.
