Ticketing System / Software
Hi there
Business seems to be picking up now, and instead of Excel Spreadsheets I am wondering if anybody can recommend a Customer Database system, where I can also enter in Information please? I dont want Cloud, but Normal Software that will have Updates and a Stand-alone piece of Software Linux or Windows,I'm not worried Ideally Winblows tho Thanks |

Have you considered something web-based? Plenty of solutions out there. You can run them locally on a WAMP stack if you don't want to put it on a server...

Web based on your own server, not some 'cloud'. Can be set up on a local server with no internet access if you want. Not free but works well. I've used it for years. It was made around PC repair, but can be customized for pretty much any platform.
