I read that the electrolytic capacitors reform occurs after 1 hour of use if I reform use energize these electrolytic capacitors for 1 hour and the next day I use these electrolytic capacitors for 5 minutes the reform will be lost because I used 5 minutes and not another 1 hour?

you only need to reform caps that have been unused for years - many years.

yes, I renovated it but after the renovation if I turn on the device for 5 minutes the previous renovation of 1 hour will be lost so whenever I turn on the electrolytic capos after the main renovation of 1 hour do I need to wait 1 hour and not just 5 minutes?

no, once you rejuventate a capacitor it is good for years.
but you really need to look up how to do it, you are supposed to use the rated voltage at a low current for 24hours

in my case the electrolytic capacitors are inside electronic devices I will have to disassemble everything to remove the electrolytic capacitors is very complex

if i reform them for 1 hour then i can call for a few minutes and the reform will not be lost?

thats not "reforming"

how old is your stuff?
i think your concerned for no reason - games consoles have not been around long enough to need reforming.
and you cant repair dried out capacitors by reforming anyway.
modern caps dont fail that way - they dry up inside or they leak - sometimes because the rubber seal hardens and fails

you only reform LARGE caps that are in old 70's and older A/V gear.
and even then it's a waste of time in my opinion.

none of that qualify's for reforming
those consoles dont even have internal power supplies.

crt based stuff will slowly dry out their capacitors and need a recap, but not till you see a problem.
because some crt based stuff can run all day for 30 years before you see an issue
