![]() I found this nice and compact Sencore TC162 tube tester however without the little booklet that tells you what to set the switches to for each tube there is really nothing I can do with it.
Where on earth would I be able to locate something like this? I got a friend who actually has a bunch of tubes he needs checked as well as I got a rubbermaid tub filled with individually wrapped tubes that I need to go through and see which tubes are still any good.

![]() I don't think contacting them will do much but thanks for the manual, it gives a bit more insight on how to use this thing.

![]() Yup, tried the bama.edu site too, but it's the same as the other file. Just the user manual.
I emailed Sencore. I am a past customer. |

![]() The fleabayers usually pay way too much for these things.
Like there's some sort of magic to their functionality. What's even worse they don't recap them. Before you repair something your test equipment should be in working order ![]() You have to look over ANY tube equipment before powering it up plugging it into a dim bulb tester at least will tell you of any shorts before you blow something up. Unless doofus the seller already plugged it in then you've got nothing to lose.
