Default Generic ESR Meter on Ebay

Has anyone used one of these? They are currently selling on eBay starting at about $40.

Here are the specs:

Range: 0.00 - 30 ohms
Accuracy: ± 1% + 1 digit
Frequency: 100 KHz
Test signal: Square pulse
Protection: 400V DC
Power drain: 80mw (Auto power off: about 3 minutes)
Battery: 2 x AA (2x 1.5V)
Dimensions: 135x70x25 mm
Weight: 0.12kg

It looks like it might be OK for the $, though I'm not a big fan of membrane switches...
