Default RCUnlocker

This is a multitool and unlocker for several series of laptops. Works on Windows. No python etc installing needed, all included in package. Everything is tested by myself but since every laptop is not made equally, there might be edge cases. Always VERIFY your file after reading!!!

Unlocking
HP - ProBook, EliteBook, ZBook (including 32MB models)
Chromebooks from all various manufacturers
Apple - everything older than T2
More to come...

Information display (helps to verify file integrity)
HP - ProBook, EliteBook, ZBook (up to 16MB models for now)

Custom logo removal
HP - ProBook, EliteBook, ZBook (up to 16MB models for now)

Usage: Drag and drop .bin file to .exe file.

In case there are problems with unlocking your laptop, write a short description of the issue, upload original file and if possible, _unlocked.bin file aswell. Just crying for help is useless. Keep the topic as clean as possible.

You may ask for feature requests, I'll see what I can do.

Looks like I should be the first to comment:
Finally, the all new Swiss Army Knife style Unlocker tool is here.

Keep up the good work!

User error. Follow the instructions. You need 16MB chip modified, not 32MB.

i used the tool on a locked 850g6. Modified contents of u366 chip with unlocker-tool. Now, when turning on laptop, HP 'protected by surestart' appears and message does not dissapear. Does not pass bios-startup. If i press 'f9' also message 'entering setup menu' appears but message is still there afer 24 hours..

Did you go into bios and reset security settings to factory default?

Upload your original file. And try removing battery + clock battery for a few minutes, just in case.

This file is binary identical to the one that i put in the chip.
I used your tool RCunlocker to edit the original file and have programmed that into the chip. The file you offered me no is identical according to filecompare , or do i miss something ?
