3.3 volts present at power switch.
flashed few bios
replaced NPCE885LA0DX

no progress at all

any thing important i am missing ?

Check basic requirement of KBC. RSMRST#,ECRST,LIDSW# present?? There are many other signals to check on kbc for its basic needs. Do that first and revert back.
