no need for it anymore as the cpu has a crack on it...

          too bad

would have been a really nice laptop...

            Hello,

            Here we are again.

Have same laptop, same mobo, same request.

I have attached them 2 bios saves: one had 1Mb and it is a Winbond chip; the other one is an 8Mb MXIC chip.

Searched Gigabyte site, but only found the bios as an EXE.

            Thank you in advance

Re: Gigabyte Aorus X7 v7-cf1 BIOS dump request

The serial you gave doesn`t match the one in the bios so it might have been flashed with a different one. Both serials aren`t recognised at gigabyte support, its typical of them though. This is the right support page i think - https://www.gigabyte.com/Laptop/X7-v...upport-dl-bios
The first bios listed has X7V710.A0D (non raid) and X7V710.C0D (raid)
The second bios listed has X7V710.B0D (non raid) and X7V710.D0D (raid).
So there`s 4 bios to choose from.If you can find any stickers on the board with any of those part numbers it`ll save having to post 4 different bios.I can add the win key and DMI ,its easier to only do it to one if poss.

                                    Hello,

                                    Thank you for your reply.

There is nothing more on the motherboard or the case relevant to post to you.

If you wish to post all of them 4, it would be great.

                                    Thank you in advance.

All four + win key.No DMI (serial) it might be in the EC.The 1MB file you posted is for the thunderbolt FW. If you do get it booted you can flash the EC from windows, there are 2 different versions. You can extract the bios exe using 7-zip or winrar .
