Samsung UA46B700WR T Con ?

Hi All

Got this Samsung UA46B700WR
On cold switch on There is a reasonable picture (picture 1)

After a few minutes it begins to develop red streaks down the screee, that gets worse with time (see picture 2)

My question is wether the problem is with the T Con or with the screen

Any ideas?

wrong model, it is B7000 not B700, i suspect wrong ST buffer chips on tcon but also something wrong on the panel, maybe panel's boards. Mine have the same issue, it is common, but are 3 months the chips did not arrives.. fu**ing Italian posts...
