but its not same file.............when i flash this ,,,,,,laptop have no power ...........

There are many version of your bios on toshiba support. Post your bios backup here to avoid confusion.

Here is my original Toshiba bios

its have a problem, I checked motherboard all coil its have voltage.......Probably bios problem for no display

Try this bios. Bios is same for U400 & M305. However, your bios seems good to me.
