"when 3.3V went grounded via IC6100 there other line continue feed the set to register error." How does IC6100 ground out the 3.3V? I do not see how IC6100 will ground out the 3.3V, I do not see 3.3v supply line connected to IC6100.

do you want to learn or to make point... i am here also to learn from points i didn't face before... did you know about what i wrote (script) how it work on SMPS or SPI... what does it mean at TV platform since 80th .. sorry to say if some one don't know any about this stop make conflict between stand alone hardware and dual one.

I am trying to understand how the 3.3V is grounded by the IC6100 and caused 3-blink as you indicated and not going by the service manual, is it that hard to explain? IC6001 has no connection to the 3.3V power supply line so how does it ground that out?

budm ... this cant be explained if you don't know the basic of Linux script code.

you can start to explain how does error code generated and redisplayed on front indicator.. which part over all TV are Premiere one PSU or MB??

What DOES the LINUX has to do with the device grounding out the 3.3V that you indicted when the device has no connection to the 3.3V?

The one I read said if you do have the standby then it's the mainboard at fault.

Hi all many thanks for the input my findings are as follows:
I get all CN6200 voltages when TV relay clicks to try and turn on after that the relay clicks and goes off I'm sure as all voltages start dropping significantly apart from 3v3 standby.

If I disconnect all connectors from PSU no relay click at all, something is causing the fault other than the psu I think.

I can't get a reading from the IC as it cuts to the error mode too quick.

Hope that makes sense, I think it's related to the main board as I get the same values with Tcon disconnected, something is triggering the 3 blink error.

In your post #8 "Gettting ~240v on both sides of the fuse - What i don't get is I get nothing on the standby 3v3 pin and i have a Red standby LED then goes to green when powered then, when failure occurs and 3 blinks code appears. I monitored pin 5 STBY+3.3V (CN6200) when on standby, green light and when 3 blink error is repeating, still nothing. DMM set too Auto range on VDC = 0.00v "
So the question is, is the 3.3VSTBY always stay at 3.3V or it drops to 0V with or without having main board connected?
So keep meter probes on chassis and 3.3V STBY pin and tell us if it is going up and down or not.

I think he is refering to the fact that there are two operational sections on some of these models, One is for the digital part and one is for the analogue. and they have seperate service menu's. I have seen a kdl46S2000 that will cycle on and off if set to the only hdmi input. It also will not program or receive any digital tuner channels, other than that the analogue part the tv works perfect.
That said, none of the tv will operate if there is no standby voltage.

When the tv quit, what input was it on? You can try disconnecting the flat white cable between the main board and the FEE board (with the card slot) and see if the tv stays on.

0V on all the pins?
VSEN cannot be 0V since it is connected to the main filter cap via resistors that has 330VDC in standby.
VC1 will be 0V if PS-ON is not present, VC1 is generated by the 3.3V STBY AUX winding of the 3.3VSTBY SMPS transformer.
Did you us chassis GND of HOT SIDE circuit ground which will be the negative leg of the main filter cap in the hot side.
