This MIGHT work I see the very last letter is different F vs G, don't know how knowledgeable the seller is but you could contact m and ask if they know weather it will work or not, panel number matches: https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/MAIN-BOAR...4AAOSwUv9c0UnY
So what happen if you run the power supply board by itself and do the force on using 300 ~ 470 Ohms resistors between 3.3V and the POWER ON, and RLY_ON?
Do you get all the Voltage outputs as shown in the diagram?

Hi Budm, I have ordered a replacement Mainboard. Although I can try out these measurements over the weekend, can I take the measurements direct from the CN6200 pins 1, 2, 7, 8, 11, 13, 14 or locate the points you have highlighted on the Schematics? I've attached a pic to illustrate my connections between CN6202 pin 2 and CN6200 pin 5.
You need another resistor for the RLY_ON (Relay On), pin 5 (CN6200) to pin 4 (CN6202) with another 470 Ohm resistor.
Yes, you will be taking the Voltage measurement of the power supply connector since there will be no connection to the main board, we are doing the test to find out if the power supply board is OK or not.
Hi all just like to thank everyone for their input and help getting this tv back up and running, replaced the Mainboard and all works fine now. I matched my replacement board up with my panel # LTY400HS-LH3.

Thanks for the follow-up, too bad the thread got this long due to wasted time on the power supply board, especially the IC6100.
