Capacitor sources in Asia.

Are there companies that actually stock items IN Asia? I contacted I asked RJ Components in Philippines if they had an item available. I got the "it's on hand in stock" assurance. After I got my order confirmation it showed that "in stock" to them meant setting in storage in Great Britain! I checked Mouser, Digikey, and others and found that they also consider items setting in the US or Britain as being "in stock".

I received my shipment two weeks after ordering.

So, are there ANY companies or retailers that actually keep stock here in Asia.
