Bios dump for Intel DC3217IYE

Hi I need bios dump for this mini pc Intel DC3217IYE

ICES-003 Classs B
/99-b6-e1-e8 ER

Problem is PC restart after some second or 1min in booting Windows or even Bios Setup, I was thinking is Bios issue.

Here is my dump from this nuc. Not sure if it is OK, because it isn't booting. Only showing a blue powerled for a few seconds and then back off. No screen/sound.
