    Reccomendations for Mac fan/audio connector.

While doing a keyboard on my A1278 Mac Book Pro , I knocked off the connector for the speakers on the logic board.. Same style connector as the fan..

I have a new connector, pads on the logic board look good... How would you recommend I go about this ?? Soldering iron or hot air ? If iron, what tip should should I use ? (Hakko T-18 tips), also what temp ? If hot air, what settings ? I haven't done much work this small... Willing to take a crack at it, but don't want to mess it up...

i use solder iron with good flux and 63-37 leaded solder. temperature depend on the iron itself.... not much high but not low otherwise u wont be able to solder the 2 lateral pins correctly.

first solder the 4 pins, then solder the 2 lateral.

tips not too thin.... use a little bigger one expecially for the lateral pins. (if ur tip cant get much temperature in the end of tip ).
