    Butain Soldering guns?

I found this Butain based soldering gun and was wondering if it would be good for small component work, such as capacitor replacement...

    Product:
    http://www.atoolchest.com/A%20Tool%20Chest%20Website/Products/Product%20Categories/Tools/04a--Ultratorch%20(Professional%20Level%20Butane-Powered%20Soldering%20Iron%20&%20Heat%20Tool)/05Ultratorch%20Model%20UT-100.htm

    Sorry for the long url...

Also would I just be better off buying an inexpensive hako electric soldering gun?

    Such as:
    http://www.all-spec.com/cgi-bin/fccg...product=936-12

    Thanks,
    CP

I have a butane soldering iron which I used to use for repairs in the field. I believe it'll get hot enough for this type of work... I'll say that iron has been a life saver a few times!!

The site says it can heat up to over 2,000F.. The electric model only goes up to about 900F..
