Also sells it assembled.
So he really should be able to get you either a schematic or at least a picture of it assembled

ive emailed the seller a few time all he says in the return messages is "so you cant weld this" i think he means solder it and he has no schematic ive asked twice and to confirm one of yesterdays post i made

sorry about the confusion (was one of those days yesterday nothing went rite) i misscounted the ebay picture and now just re checked the kit all again yes there are 24 spots on my pcb and 24 resistors fitted on the ebay picture yes just counted ny resistors again 23 plus 1 zero ohm (which isnt shown in any ebay pictures) but without any schematic im still stuck anyway.

Ok, incase you did not notice the picture in his eBay AD is not of the item he sells.
They are watermarked "kiss_buy".
That seller does have the same meter for sale, search for "ESR 2016" in his eBay store...

are you sure about those - specially the 110ohm - is it actually 1k?

x1 5.6k measures 0.56 on 20k scale
x2 110 ohm measure 1k my mistake sorry
x1 2.2k is 2.2k (im not sure if i wrote this as 2.2ohm)

16v was a minimum figure,

104 = 100nf
103 = 10nf
