lenovo ideapad 110 no power

hi all friends
i have lenovo ideapad 110 with no power problem
mb BIWP4/P5 .LA-D562P ddr4
i dont have any schematics for this MB
but i have 3 pics for the voltages on mb
1st pic

PR303 20V OK
PR315/PL302 0V
2nd pic

pl402/pj401 0v
pjp402 3.3v ok
pl404/pj403 0v
pjp404 5.06v ok
PL402/PL404 is not shorted with GND
3rd pic

L20 0.7V not shorted with GND
u11 nuvoton pin 29 3.1 v
POWER BUTTON 0.7v
can any one help me plz ?

what is the SIO u11 nuvoton ID number which pin the connect to PWR BTW ?

try conect by cabel between pin 123 and pin 5678
