Copy dmi block from original bios , paste into new bios by HxD editor.

Open you BIOS dump file in HxD
Run a Search (Menu -> Search, Find) for your current Serial (using Unicode Text Encoding)
Replace your Serial number with the new number
Save the BIOS dump as a new file name
Done

Ps - do not forget to run the same process on the back up recovery BIOS (if your laptop has one), otherwise your edit will be overwritten by the back up.
