Acer V5-132p RAM problem. Please help me.

Hello all!
I would like to ask very big help.
Briefly the story: my girlfrend swap this laptop motherboard and i buy a new one, but when I changed it, when I turn on without RAM only restarting again and again and the screen is blank. But when I place the RAM the laptop is working properly but I cant install any OS!
I tried a lot of solution what I found on web, but nothing worked.
What I know at this time:
I tried different type of RAMs but the laptop is working with only one. With the others it only restrating loop.
With this the screen turn on, have bios, see usb slots and it seems everything work properly. But don't install OS.
The BIOS see all RAM but the memtest and memtest86 freeze the laptop and only see wrong all RAM.
The laptop booting up only mini-xp with HIRENS boot cd in USB stick.
In the Mini-xp have gpu-z and this wont recognize any information the GPU. But the screen working properly and the resulation changing working too soo I know the gpu working properly. Or Im wrong

Look at the RAM socket pins, clean up corrosion,crud with liquid flux or ipa alcohol ,try to move the pins and if any move they will need resoldering.

Hi.
I tried to clean the sockett and pins but wont changed anithyng.
Its seems all PIN soldered. Motherboard with soldered ram with power and power button only restarting blue led blink.
Have any idea?

soldered rams was source of many problems. try to reflow it or find how to disable it

I tried to reflow The RAMs but wont have any changes.
But I fund differences between The two motherboards.
If You have any ideas why The older one have The two capacitor but The new one dont have?

Have you tried with another memory?

Crucial memories are known for multiple problems

Anyone have idea how to disable soldered Ram? Or unlock advanced bios setting? The bios have this but wont have Advanced tab.

For activate advanced menu try this:
1-Enter BIOS.
2-Press Fn + Tab. Save and exit.
3-Retry enter bios. Unlock Advanced and power menu done.

im sure that internalrams is problem, but in schem dont find a way how to disable it. try to search for solution or u can find another modules pointing in schem and replace

hi, In page 20 of the schematic there is a table of preconfigured internal memory installed , there are three types of memory accepted (in your motherboard it's a second line of the table- you can check with resistors positions also check there resistance values may be one of them faulty ),so if we give an outbox combination the motherboard will not be able to recognize the memory installed ( I think that) no capacity no type , in this case logically the mobo will switch automatically to the dim2 as a principal , and will work only with this one , finally it’s a suggestion, maybe I was wrong, but give it a try...

So lets be clear, I nead to remove this resistors and The mobo wont recognize the soldered Ram?
Im checked the resistance value I get The picture.
