    Acer E5-411

    Dont turn on, have 3,3v in PWRBTN but dont have 3,3 on bios u21, and in coils PL7 y PL4 are shorted to ground, in pl3 5,1v pl2 3,4v, pl6 1,8, i dont have idea how continue the revision, I suspect the fault may be in pu11 or pu7, any sugg

    pl7 is GPU core and pl4 PCH . looks like dead PCH section of processor. try to isolate that short with removing that coils

    dead PCH is very common on bga intel processors

      Measure resistance on PL7 and PL4 in Ohms mode(Not in diode mode). Low resistance is quite normal on those lines but should not be zero.
