    hp all in one model 20-r114la white screen problem

    hey guys i need help with these intel inside all in one problem is i get white screen on display, i dont see demage on display but i get perfect video by hdmi, question is , you guys think theses is a display problem, i dont se cable flex demage, and i cant find the schematic for these all in one, any one would be kind to tell me any opinion please thanks

    Perhaps LCD VDD is missing. You need to check voltage on LVDS pins on mb and compare it with any other mb schematic with similar pin count.

      It could be a corrupt EDID .Whats the panel part number .

        i did some measure on the lvd conector in the motherboard

          Your measurements seems strange to me. PIN1,2 and 3 should be together. Check with multimeter are they together or not. If they are together, then thats your LCD VCC line.

            DAN91AMB6D0 RevD-Search this schematic on google. It has 30pin lvds connector-so might help you.

                    Ok, so PIN28/29/30 is your VDD pin. It should be close to 19V there if this model runs from ac adapter. Check the fuse connected to that pin.

                      yes the fault is vdd was missing on display and is 5v not 19v is very strange, thank you guys.
