Intermittent power on - sceptre E485BV

Power on ½ the time just stays on red LED (off).
Unplug - wait - plug in - powers on blue OK.
    When on, works perfect.

While I have soldered many many times, and have
testing tools - maybe I've gotten lazy in my old age.

Looking online for Power Boards - AY160D-4HF24
    I see many similar - for X505 - AY160D-4HF32.
    Same basic board # - 3BS0046114.
The screen size - I think - is only 1½" difference.
Do you folks think the ~~4HF32 will work ?

(AY160D-4HF24 hard to find - that's why looking at X505 bd)

I would suspect one of the small electrolytic caps could be bad, (going by a ay160-4hf38 picture) I would replace C4, C20, C35. These are usually the ic's vcc and startup caps.

So, naturally, all 3 are different.
Here's pic of board - and the 3 caps.
SINCE I'm going to be replacing, are there
others I might as well do while I'm at it ?

      Even if I had a SAMS, I wouldn't know
how to really read it like my old man. (ham)
      -
Oh, and what kind are these - as in
      (looking in rubycon site)
      EDLC, CPAC, etc ?
      -
I will eventually learn more as I go, since I
have one of those sketchy ONKYO receivers.
      (bad caps)

Well, I changed those 3 caps R_J mentioned.
No change. Back to original question :
        I have/need AY160D-4HF24 - would AY160D-4HF32
(for X505) work ? They sure look exactly alike.
