did you solder or change anything on the main board??

"H-E" Heater Error, temperature is less than 50°C and not going up despite heater (triac) being turned on.
No heat can be due to an open triac or open heating element or bad wiring to the wand.
"S-E" Sensor Error, temperature reading pegged full-scale around 500°C, due to an open thermocouple or bad wiring to it.

Triac BTA16-600B is 16A 600V and must have a good heatsink.
I would look for bad solder joints and check around the opto-coupler.

some of the soldering is total shit - even has splashes on the board!!

I would measure ohms at the PCB connector with the two red wires, the one that ends up going to the heater. So plug in the GX connector and see what you measure. The heater should be around 20 ohms.
Either that, or some problem with the triac turning on. The pics are too blurry to see.

You can clean up the pcb with rubbing alcohol and Q-tips.

nd have to replace the original triac BTA12-600B because the diode voltage drop was a bit low when I testing it in the board and when I was removing it from the board one of the pin got damaged so I replace it with this BTB25-600B from the electronic store which think the difference the ampere rating , and am also getting 110v on the lead wire that goes to the handle some and thinking its a problem with heat sensor thermocouple circuit
but wats the best way to test the opto-coupler think I may hav to use a oscilloscope

oscilloscopes are not a magic test everything device, and dont think it will help much unless you happen to also have a ramp generator circuit, and even then you still need more equipment.

Though you may need to test in situ and powered you should be able to see the voltage drop change across pin 4 and 6 of the optocoupler as you turn the heater on and off. If you test this with the triac removed it will give 90% confidence that the optocoupler is bad if the voltage doesn't change.

Yes you would need to test with live wires, so test at your own risk...

from the gx connector to the heating element 28.5 ohm
