components from schematics what are they and how to find matching alternatives.

. Could somebody please give me some pointers. I'm trying to fix my lenovo laptop. i have the schematics but im finding it hard to source components or get data sheets.
the two that i'm currently looking at are:
    LSK3541G1ET2L-GP

    and
    LTC015EMFS8T2L

am i right to presume the first is a type of mofset? I've uploaded a couple of drawing of the component taken from the schematics.

Any pointers that would assist in working out from the product code what the spec of the component is would be really appreciated.

Yes, the LSK3541G1ET2L-GP is a mosfet, the LTC015EMFS8T2L is a digital transistor with built in bias resistor, see DTC015E series. Both seem to be manufactured by ROHM but the mosfet might be a custom number
