Re: dell e7270 have two bios?

                  Hi All,

Have a e7270 which would not POST.

I dump my BIOS with an IC PROGRAMMER and reflashed both .BIN files I got from the files wich @okbalord uploaded.

I still got saved my OLD BIOS DUMB of both Chips.

Now is boot up, but take 40 second till the DELL logo apears.

                  Any fix on this?

                  Thanks,
                  Balint

Thanks @Peste for you upload but unfurtunatly the Laptop would not start at all as with my old Bios Dump.

In mean time I flashed my BIOS with @SMDFlea file and my POST time reduced to 5.5 sec. from here: https://www.badcaps.net/forum/showth...ighlight=e7270

                          Its all good now

                          Thanks,

The bios attached is extracted from dell official bios update and its for LA-C461P. The bios for LA-C451 & C461 is same as per dell site. Me region is cleaned. Good Luck

I tried to upload this bios, like 3 others, but only on the original one, the laptop starts correctly. Either black screen or freezes on DELL cable.
