    Hantek 6022BE IN SHORT CIRCUIT

    Hello and thanks to everyone
I have a Hantek 6022BE brand oscilloscope which due to my error causes a short in a board at a network voltage of 220V, and as expected the oscilloscope does not work

He replaced a protection zener diode and a fuse resistor at the input that were short but the oscilloscope still does not work for me so I keep investigating

Injection 5V (With regulated source) at the input and gives me a consumption of 300 mAh and two integrated with 74HC4051 license plate (multiplexer and demultiplexer) are heated, each of these integrated corresponds to the input of the oscilloscope probes

I give tension directly to these integrated (vcc and ground) and they heat up and I continue with the same consumption, but when I test them with the multimeter they do not give me short between these two terminals (vcc and ground)

Before I lift them and continue checking I would like if you have any experience or problem related to these types of integrates and if they are prone to short

Attached datashep of the integrated and their situation on the board
