    LCD LG (LGP32-08H) repair

ok i own this 32 inch lg
after 10 years of use it just turned off
after inspecting the pcb i found a bulged cap
replaced it,but i still get no lights on the inverter
while i put the flash on the screen i see an image
after inspecting the 24v thats supposed to go on the inverter i only get 13
and weird thing is that on the other side (that controls the mainboard voltage)
    i should get a 12 volt (which i read 7)
    and 16.5 volt (which i read 8)
and its weird because it seems to function fine (because i get image)
so what should i do about the inverter?
and where should i look next?
    thanks in advance

Please upload good clear pictures of the whole backside of the TV showing all the boards and then the pictures of the whole top and bottom side of the power supply board.
