    It's most likely a Delta built unit, but other than that I have no idea. The Basiq line is about as low end as you can get from Antec though... I'd pass.

          this is so solid and so cheap, that it's scary....and extremely hard to beat value...

          and looking at the newegg, price difference is about 10$ between earthwatts 650 and bp550plus...go with earthwatts650, i say...

          bp550 is ok psu, ea650 is excellent psu.
          price difference is 10$.

              Worse than even the old full o' Fuhjyyus SmartPowers?

              I have an older FSP-made 500W Basiq, and none of its caps has bulged (CapXons) while one Fuhjyyu in my 500W SmartPower (not used nearly as much) has.

                Probably not that bad, but I have some high standards these days. Got one computer running a Signature 850W and the other running a Seasonic M12D 850W.
