Hp Pavilion G4 with power issue

Hi a client this pavilion G4 with a power issue,after opening the laptop and making my checks i relies U51 was burnt and Pu3 also heating when you plugin the power,
i have changed both IC's but still PU3 heats,can anyone be of help with the problem?
