Toshiba L50-B-1K5 no display and backlight

hello guys. im working on toshiba L50-B-1K5 (DA0BLIMB6F0 rev.F) with damaged LCD cable. i replaced the cable with workin one, checked LCD display and is ok but still dont have image and backlight on the screen. damaged wire in the cable was 19v black wire which is pin 1 and 2 on conector. i checked those pins and there is 19V. tried external display on vga port and is working. LCD connector on the board looks fine no damaged pins. i cant find schematic and boardview for this board, so i was wondering can anyone guide me to repair process, what should i check next? tnx

Check all pins of the connector writer down what voltage are missing with a pic

3-0v
4-3.3v
5-2.6v
6-2.7v
all other pins from 7 to 30 are 0 v

uplode a close up pic near LVDS connector with voltage marked since no Schematic
