the power led is lit
when pressing the power button, the 3.3v on the pin goes to zero
on pq5: the volta are:
+vin charger= 19v
pins 1-2-3 : (islphase)= 8.72v
pin 4 (islugate= 8.72v

i think the problem is pu1 = ISL88750HRZ
but cannot find alternative

check the mosfets again. If mosfets are good, order the chip from ebay or aliexpress
