HP 14 Not turn on

Hi all, please help

I have a HP 14 laptop with 6050a2823301-mb-a01 motherboard, it doesn't turn on, only power jack led is on.

I have batt+, 3 and 5v ldo, KBC pin 100 (S5_ON) has 3.3v, pin 74 (vcc) has 3.3v and pin 119 (rsmrst#) has 0v, not voltage in bios and 3.3v in power button.

When I press the power button I have 3/5v alw, 1.8v in bios but doesn't turn on, bios was reprogramed correctly, not changed.

No schematic or boardview for this motherboard, I don't know what to check now, I need your help, please.

Upload a pic of the MB both side what is the SIO number

My photo's quality is very poor, but the part number is ITE IT8987E 1608-CXA

Find out pin 14 33 72 78 112 123 107 voltage’s , are you using a original power changer ?

Yes, I used two original chargers.

These are the values:

14= 3.15v
33=2.34v
72=Ov
78=2.5v
112=0v
123=0v
107=3.26v

Not change with power button pressed.

if the pin count is correct pin 72 is you ACIN your charger is not dictated by SIO trace it back to Chager IC, test again all pins as you press the power button one by one, as for the SIO PDF I found 119 is not the RSMRST it's SUSB 112 is RSMRST check again

I checked KBC Pin 72 again and It has 0v, is not correct. Then I checked charger ic BQ24728 and I have 3.26v in pin 5 (acin), I don't know what happen but without schematic or boardview I don´t know how to trace it :/

You are correct, KBC pin 112 is RSMRST, sorry for the mistake, It has 0v.

upload a good PIC near BQ24728 ACIN pin and the components connect to Thea area and the SIO pin 72 and the components connect to Thea area, there is a way of fooling SIO but that the last option

I found that acin is conected to pin 74 not pin 72... It has 3.2 v, I guess we are watching an incorrect schematic.

I don't have another explication.

I need your help. I have a motherboard DINERINL 6050A2823301-MB-A01, if I plug it charger for this MB, turn on power led, but when I press the power button, turn on without video and keyboard led (bloq mayus), starting to blink. I tested another RAM, but the problem not get better.
