    turn on...turn off Acer E1-572

    hi, on my Acer E1-572 V5WE2, LA-9531P Rev 1A (2013-05-22), i check all tensions and all are good.
    i can fiind 3.3V, 0.88V (vga core), 5V, 1.48V...all perfect...i thiink.
    but when push the button to turn on my pc, it start (led blu and fan power on), but the monitor is black....all black and after some seconds the fan turn off.

    what do you suggest me to do

    maybe the bios has the problem

      There is a method to check f the problem is on bions?
      i have a pickit 2, pickit 3 and a cc debugger from TI...can programm the bos chip with one of these?

        Try reseat CPU and RAM first please

        But I do think it could be also a Bios issue

          I know they have two different voltages, but I read on the Internet that the PC should start, at the maximum there will be errors, but the PC should start.
          if you thnk is a problem of bios, can you suggest me a low cost programmer
          PS: i buy this notebook wthout HDD and without ram...i bought this pc to learn how to repair...i pay for it only 25€

            all SOLVED, i flash the bios with a raspberry and all two pc now are ok!
