i tried pulling out the chip but chip in unknow device on my programmer cannot detect it.the chip has a marked 25Q128A i used miniprotl886cs with v6.85 software.

It is an 1,8V Bioschip for you programmer you must have an 1.8v adapter
to flash the bios

already tried with 1.8v programmer still the same issue cannot detect

The XC-730 and TC-730 bios is the same . If you open the bios with UEFITool you`ll see the SPI flash chip support inside the bios.As mielta said,the bios is 1.8V .Choose W25Q128FW (1.8V) in MiniPro,select it manually,not auto-detect.

Flash chips in VSCC table:
EF6018 (Winbond W25Q128)
EF6017 (Winbond W25Q64)
C22537 (Macronix MX25U64)
20BB18 (Micron MT25Q128)
C86018 (GigaDevice GD25Lx128)

EDIT: BACKUP your original bios .

I already tried manually select w25q128fw but cannot read the chip to backup it gives me error chip id error. the chip has marked 25q128a LLECF

In the MiniPro options UNTICK check-id .
