You really need to change those faulty capacitors before doing anything else or you could be wasting your money.

they will be changed.. they are not that bad if you look at them in person.

no leaks or that bulge is not as big..

question is the master inverter board.. without caps or no caps,
I still get non running TV without picture.

It's complete with both circuit diagrams and PCB layouts, and some flowcharts for fault finding.
