I solved it with bitlocker!! I installed win again!!
But now when starting it tells me that I don't have a service tag if I put the service tag, the administrator password appears again on the bios
I can solve it !!

I solved it with bitlocker!! I installed win again!!
But now when starting it tells me that I don't have a service tag if I put the service tag, the administrator password appears again on the bios
