My touchpad doesn't work, Asus laptop motherboard X455LJ REV 3.1

    Good afternoon friends

I have an Asus laptop motherboard X455LJ REV 3.1 that the touch pad does not work, I was trying to check if something was wrong at the drive level but I did all the necessary installations and the touchpad still does not work.

I have a feeling that the error goes more to the board level because the touchpad is not recognized by the device manager and it is supposed that even if it does not work correctly it has to be detected.

I even checked that the data bus made a connection between the touchpad and the motherboard and everything is OK if there is continuity between its pins.

I feel that the problem is with the card that is not sending the correct data and that is why the touchpad does not work.

What do you recommend I do and analyze or try?

Maybe it's just disabled in the bios.

Hi, check the voltage on the SL3101 component on both pins, you should have 3.3V.
