HP EliteBook 8440p

This laptop did not want to turn on.
When i press power button it only flashes battery light.
I tried a minimum of ten different bios dumps,with each bios the laptop lit up,but had no picture.Except one i found on this tread https://www.badcaps.net/forum/showth...light=hp+8440p ,post #13 from SMDFlea.
It turns now on,but now it prints me out : Warning ! Machine is not in comitted state ! After that "product information not valid"... i will post picture here.
I have backup from old dump,if someone can fix old one or modify this new one?
