Your bios is definitely corrupt. Uploaded asus virgin bios from webupdate. Post result.

i try this earlier also with this display have but because of rev is not same that why hdd is not detecting

The bios posted by @mcplslg123 is a virgin bios straight from asus,the other 2 bios posted have a good clean ME,i checked. You should check if 3V/5V is stable ,and try another bios chip, something corrupted the flash descriptor.

Bios tp203na rev 2.2 with smd hard disk.
