the posted bios is empty.. remove the bios chip from the motherboard before writing or reading, do not use the clip...

I couldn't wait. The result is the same. Flashing power led, fan spinning, stop and spinning again.

This file is a virgin image provided by Lenovo, I just moved your DMI from the dump file to the new one.
Perhaps you have a hardware issue.

The charging circuit is working. I can power off with press the power button for 4 sec. A processor is warm. Tried only the onboard RAM.. I measure the voltages and all are fine... I dont' know what is it.

How to edit serial number in it's bin file bios?

late reply but search for LENV at old bios and copy the 2 crypted sections to new one
