Default Toshiba 55LF621U19 vgh avvd problem

Looking for advice concerning no picture. has back lights and sound. i have vgl -7.89. vgh low at 11.85 and no avvd voltage found, i have few other voltages marked in the pictures. Can anyone tell me which test point is avvd.

All voltages i found are marked in the pictures. No caps were shorted, so maybe someone can point me in the right direction to help narrow the issue down

If no shorts you may have a bad dc to dc IC.

Your vgh looks like vin, not vgh. There are no standard terminology for this.

May not be bad voltages. I would check data lines first and see if you have any voltage on them.
