Lenovo ideapad FLEX 15 no picture

Good day ,
please, give me an advice,

after turning on the laptop, there is no image on the display or on the external monitor.

After approx. 5 seconds, the NTB will restart (both power LEDs go out and light up again)

I measured the voltage of the PL coils... I have the voltage here. I also tried flashing the BIOS but still the same

Please does anyone know this NTB and this motherboard?

Mainboard is DA0ST6MB6F0 REV. F
