I have a problem where my laptop won't turn on the image when it's turned on using the battery alone, but when it's turned on using the battery + adapter, the laptop will display the image

I get the LCD_BACKEN_PCH voltage value of 0v when this case appears, and the signal is the fault of the PCH, can someone help explain who controls the signal? laptop Asus code board x442UQ 2.0
