HDD is just removed, it works. Just dont boot till windows even on win installation USB. Probably GPU kills it and it shows BSOD. Already tried changing RAM, no effect.Already ordered another chip.

Just to be clear, i am concerning only GPU problem. Ordered another GPU chip, but i till i am waiting, found N16P-GX-A2 GTX and stencil in shelf So reballed 960 gtx, soldered it in board, and i see same green lines and bsod on windows startuo So i think GPU chip had no problems. I get green lines right before MSi logo appears and in BIOS, while recovery is starting due not turning on correctly, i have clean image.

Maybe some suggestions? GPU RAM ?

I would test vram and lvds pair resistances first.

Board also shuts down with BSOD on windows instalation start and winows booting start from known good ssd. So looks like board is shutting down when starting to load drivers As it works in bios setup.

This can be anything from bad tantallum caps to water in inductors to noisy power lines.

I had this one time on a toshiba machine Qosmio X770, EC and Man were not the same version and then I had artifacts.
Just try, doesn't cost much time.
Or you can try to mod VBios, reduce memory speed or more voltage, but no warranty if this is the right way.
