Samsung UE55NU8000T Main Board GB only???

Hi All

I sent a main board BN94-12926P to a chap in Italy. He has installed it and done a factory reset using the service menu. At initial setup, the only country options are Ireland and GB. Is there a way for him to change to Italy?

Maybe flash the firmware .

It doesn't even work with software rewriting.
Maybe with constructive changes but it is very complicated. Another motherboard.

Enter the service menu via a service remote, enter OPTION and select LOCALSET, set it to the correct country and do a FACTORY RESET. When installing the TV again the correct country will be selectable.

Brilliant thanks William. I just confirmed that Italy option is present on a set here. I'm using the "smarttv rc" app to enter the advanced service menu
